在《亚洲法律杂志》最新公布的2016年“中国客户首选律师20强”榜单中，金杜律师事务所合伙人周昕律师以其在银行与融资领域杰出的业务能力，赢得众多客户赞誉而跻身该榜单。《亚洲法律杂志》的该项评选通过网络调查，收集了来自公司法务人员，管理人员或第三方商业顾问数百份的调查反馈，最终评选出20位优秀律师代表。
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) partner Stanley Zhou was named one of the 2016 China Client Choice Top 20 Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (ALB) for his excellent capability in banking and finance and wide recognition from the clients. ALB’s research team selected China’s Top 20 lawyers based on hundreds of online survey results from in-house legal counsel or managers/executives at a non-legal enterprise, or business consultants of third parties.
周昕律师在银行及融资业务领域的各方面均有丰富的执业经验，专注于上市前融资、私有化融资、跨境并购融资等复杂的跨境融资交易，并在外汇管理、房地产融资、银行卡和支付产业以及上海自贸区金融业务领域有深入的研究，完成了若干有重大影响的项目。周昕律师善于在重大复杂的融资交易中担任牵头律师，并以其杰出的交易进程管理能力推进项目成功并得到客户的认可。凭借在自身专业领域中的突出表现，今年7月，周昕律师还荣获了《亚洲法律杂志》“中国十五佳律师新星”的称号。
Stanley has extensive experience in various aspects of banking and finance, specializing in pre-IPO finance, privatization finance, cross-border M&A finance and other complex cross-border financing transactions. He is also well versed in foreign exchange administration, property finance, bank card and payment industry, and financial services in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, advising clients on several significant transactions. Stanley is experienced in acting as leading counsel in major complex financing transactions, where his outstanding management of transactions brings success to the transaction and won him client recognition. In July, Stanley was named one of the Top 15 Rising Lawyers in China by ALB for his excellent performance.
