A core partner in KWM’s Finance and Capital Markets Group with over 10 years of extensive experience, Stanley specializes in pre-IPO finance, privatization finance and other complex cross-border financing transactions. He has accomplished outstanding achievements and gained wide client recognition in property financing, bank cards and payment industry, and financial services in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone. In the past year, Stanley advised Jin Jiang Group on financing its acquisition of Group Du Louvre and 7 Days Group, China Unionpay on its cooperation with ApplePay in China, and Shanghai Gold Exchange on the establishment of Shanghai International Gold Exchange in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone. In recent years, he also made a lot of efforts in academic research and talent cultivation for the development of the banking and finance sector, and participated in a number of professional trainings and made presentations in seminars hosted by professional institutions, associations, government agencies, and universities on topics of FTZs, cross-border financing, internet financing and payment.
