近期，国际权威知识产权媒体Intellectual Asset Management（《知识产权资产管理》，IAM）公布了2017年度的最新榜单，金杜律师事务所凭借在专利领域全面综合的领先实力被评为“诉讼及交易”类别金牌榜事务所，同时获得“专利非诉”类别最受推荐事务所（最高排名类别）荣誉。金杜的四位合伙人，竺农范、王茂华、陈文平、李中圣，分别入选这两个类别的重点推荐/推荐律师榜单。金杜在之前World Trademark Review（《世界商标评论》，WTR）发布的《世界商标评论1000强》全球名录2017年度榜单中也同时被评为“商标保护与诉讼”和“商标非诉与策略”两个类别的金牌榜事务所。合伙人李中圣、史玉生、杨晓莉、廖飞、林久初分别跻身这两个类别的金/铜牌律师榜单。这是金杜连续第五年稳居《IAM全球专利1000强》和《世界商标评论1000强》全球名录两个业界顶级事务所金牌榜。
In the 2017 rankings recently announced by the leading IP magazine Intellectual Asset Management (IAM), King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) was ranked in the Gold Band for “litigation and transactions” and named as a Highly Recommended (the highest rating) firm for “prosecution” by virtue of its comprehensive leading-edge patent practice. Four KWM partners, Zhu Nongfan, Wang Maohua, Chen Wenping and Li Zhongsheng, were highly recommended / recommended in the two categories. Moreover, in the previously released 2017 edition of World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, KWM was also in the Gold Bands for “enforcement and litigation” and “prosecution and strategy”. Partners Li Zhongsheng, Shi Yusheng, Yang Xiaoli, Liao Fei and Lin Jiuchu were listed in the Gold/Bronze Band in the two categories. It is the fifth consecutive year that KWM has been recognized as Gold Band firm by IAM Patent 1000 and WTR 1000, the world’s top firm rankings in this field.
