2021年3月22日，新浪公司（简称“新浪”，NASDAQ：SINA）宣布，已与New Wave Mergersub Limited完成新浪于2020年9月28日签署的合并协议和计划项下规定的合并。由中国民生银行股份有限公司作为委任牵头安排簿记行，招商银行、平安银行和上海银行作为联合牵头安排行，以及富邦华一银行作为参贷行的银团顺利完成其向New Wave MMXV Limited就本次私有化交易提供的约13.32亿美元的私有化融资。Sina Group Holding Company Limited是新浪董事长兼CEO曹国伟先生控制的商业公司New Wave MMXV Limited的全资子公司。合并完成后，新浪已成为Sina Group Holding Company Limited的全资子公司，并将自美国纳斯达克交易所退市。
